If someone views a form on one of our landing pages, and they've filled out one of our forms before, then their information will pre-populate so they don't have to enter it again. Which is great. But why does this only work for text fields? If there are dropdown lists in the form, the user will have to re-select their desired option again every time.
Is there a reason for this? Thanks in advance, just trying to understand how the system works
