We are seeking a senior-level marketing professional with deep experience developing programs that drive transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong marketing communications skills and an excellent command of Demand Generation strategy and tactics. They will be responsible for establishing the department, leading outbound communications, and directing the business requirements for the development and implementation of our lead management systems and processes.
Marketing Communications
- Drive Brand Awareness, Demand Generation and Sales Enablement to positively influence key customers and prospects for the various products of Brunico’s publishing brands
- In close connection with our Publishers, design and deliver integrated communications plans to meet business unit strategic and revenue goals. The programs will require close collaboration with internal business partners who own various brand-level P&L’s
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure all programs are aligned to product strategies and executed flawlessly. This includes development of product positioning, messaging and Go To Market plans.
- Ensure continuous coordination with Sales to ensure marketing programs are aligned to and supportive of sales objectives.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to execute internal marketing system and process requirements.
- Track and report on campaign effectiveness to measure success, ensure ROI and define high impact marketing communications strategies and tactics.
Demand Generation
- Responsible for the hands-on development, management and evolution of the marketing automation platform including the implementation of lead scoring and lead nurturing programs.
- Implement data architecture for our prospect universe and work with internal teams to execute demand generation programs. The focus of this position is to generate leads and revenue and requires a unique blend of technical and creative skills.
- Actively solicit inputs from key stakeholders regarding new Demand Generation and campaign plan requirements for new product launches and existing product pipeline development.
- Manage the sales and marketing lead process and productivity initiatives
- Develop prospect nurturing programs to manage pipeline opportunities in support of sales goals.
- Continuously report on the demand generation strategy as part of go-to-market planning and measurement.
- Facilitate continuous monitoring of lead dispositions and user troubleshooting
- Exhibit a deep understanding of email marketing (list building & management, segmentation, data governance, frequency, content).
- Demonstrate the proven capability to measure, analyze, and communicate the revenue impact of marketing campaigns to the organization
- Good understanding and experience of social media channels and able to design strategies to augment the overall demand generation strategy for B2B markets

- Strong focus on relationship building is a critical success component for the ideal candidate. Able to develop solid business relationships with key internal stakeholders (i.e. publishing brands, inside sales, event production, etc) working across multiple segment teams to create robust Demand Generation campaigns.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Minimum 10 years of Marketing experience
- Degree from an accredited university
- Deep experience leading marketing teams
- Able to demonstrate strategic marketing, project management, budget management and financial management skill sets.
- Creative thinking capabilities and business analysis experience.
- Go-to-market development plan capabilities including successful launch planning, positioning and execution.
- Demonstrated results in improving sales pipeline/funnel close ratios
- Experience with marketing automation platform systems and familiarity with sales-stage nurture tactics, buyer personas and lead scoring.
