Has anyone integrated Eloqua with PeopleSoft CRM using Eloqua API?

I am looking at Eloqua - PeopleSoft CRM integration of Contacts and Leads (and possibly opportunities). Wondering if anyone has implemented this and has any guidelines and estimates of how long this takes .
