The Position

Marketing Automation Project Lead

Position Summary
The Marketing Automation Project Lead will responsible for leading the implementation of Argus’ new marketing automation system globally; driving project scope and timeline, managing vendors, designing and documenting process workflows and facilitating system adoption. Main responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing a lead-to-revenue management process to effectively segment, nurture and prioritize leads to increase revenue conversion.
- Working with various cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the proper integration with various marketing and business systems (CRM, CMS, web analytics)
- Developing workflows to effectively manage and track campaign performance across different channels.
- Setting best practices and training programs to ensure global adoption, constantly monitoring proper use of standard processes and guidelines.
- Developing and implementing data quality and enrichment programs.
- Working with key stakeholders to design and execute automated marketing campaigns and programs such as Lead Scoring, Lead Nurturing and trigger-based campaigns.
- Identifying, monitoring and reporting on relevant KPIs.
The Candidate
Education
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field. Minimum of 3.0 GPA
Knowledge & Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B marketing experience with a focus in automation, database management and/or system analysis.
- Very clear/solid understanding of automation technologies (minimum of two years in-depth experience).
- Experience leading a marketing automation system implementation preferred.
- Strong understanding of CRM, content management and web analytic tools.
- Highly technical, system and process-driven with superb analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment collaborating with multiple teams including IT, Sales, and Marketing.
- Experience managing projects of varying complexity; time management and project management are critical skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, team building and support skills.
