Tracked URL - How do I view clicks?

Hello,

When I upload a PDF I am given the option to use the Tracked URL or the Actual URL. When I use the Tracked URL, can someone please help me figure out where I view # of clicks on that URL. I don't see a report or anything within the asset itself that would show me # of clicks on this Tracked URL. If it's not tracking clicks, what is it tracking? Or am I misunderstanding the purpose of using the Tracked URL?
