I am just curious. We have recently moved one of our quarterly newsletters to electronic only, sending an email via Eloqua. Prior to January 2013, we would send a printed newsletter to all contacts in this particular segment who didn't have an email address listed, the electronic version was just a link to the online PDF of what was mailed. We announced last year we were moving to electronic only. I created a new template, based on another newsletter we send out to a different segment. I was just running some reports and was simply blown away by the results I am getting for this particular newsletter, even on my unique click-through rates. I can only hope it lasts... Anyhow, what are some of your best open rate results on a newsletter? Please feel free to explain how you did it
