I've noticed in my past few email sends especially that the clickthrough numbers are really low. The links I've included have been links to surveys, and I'm getting a number of submissions, so I know there are more clicks than what's being reported.
Do you guys think this has to do with image downloads? Is there something else that's happening that can be hiding those numbers? In one case, the insight report actually says that 3 people clicked through for a CTR of 1.17% but we've gotten dozens of surveys submitted...
Thoughts? Halp?
